The Amazon as it is

We do not need to make this place look extraordinary.

The aim of this gallery is documentary rather than decorative. Real photographs. Real weather. Real people. Real medicine work. Some moments will be beautiful. Others will be simple, muddy, wet, dark or imperfect. That is the point.

We are the visitors here.

The forest around the centre remains habitat. Animals are never props for the retreat and we do not promise sightings. The photographs here will simply record some of the life that chooses to reveal itself.
